Grammy Award winner Toni Braxton is kicking off 2019 on the road. The R&B singer recently announced her “As Long As I Live” tour in support of her latest album Sex & Cigarettes, featuring the lead single “Long as I Live.” Sex & Cigarettes, Braxton’s eighth studio album and her first solo album in eight years, debuted at No. 22 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 14 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
The 21-city tour kicks off Jan. 19 in Columbia, SC, at Township Auditorium. Braxton will bring her sultry sounds to cities including Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Brooklyn, Phoenix, Chicago, before wrapping things up on March 3 in Los Angeles at Microsoft Theater.
The tour will not only showcase Braxton’s current music but also her chart-topping hits like “Another Sad Love Song,” “Breathe Again,” “Un-Break My Heart,” “You Mean the World to Me,” “You’re Makin’ Me High,” and “He Wasn’t Man Enough.” Braxton will be joined by supports acts R&B trio SWV and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds (on select dates).
